Først troede jeg at det var endnu en Twitter-Killing Løgn… Eller rettere sagt, jeg håbede det – for Whitney Houston er jo uden tvivl en af de største stemmer der nogensinde har sunget på vore Jord. Siden jeg har været helt lille, har jeg altid elsket Whitney Houston’s stemme. En unik stemme som de færreste kan måle sig med. Noget der fascinerer mig, er kunstner der kan synge på en måde, som man ikke uden videre kan efterligne, de kunster som har en stemme som kan nå toner, som for andre synes umulige at nå, og samtidig få det til at lyde helt fantastisk. Det kunne Whitney Huston!
Jeg håber at vores genration og genrationerne efter tager ved lærer af disse ikoner, der dør ALT for tidligt pga misbrug (selvom der endnu ikke lægger nogen klar dødsårsag for Whitney’s død), men mon ikke at hendes narko misbrug har noget med hendes død?
Jeg sender alle mine tanker til familie og pårørende.
For mig blev det først en realitet da jeg blev vækket klokken 3 i nat af min tablet der vibreret som en sindsyg, fordi mine Amerikanske Tweet-Peeps begyndte at sende deres kondolereringer.
